Last week the FFA held their national convention in Indianapolis IN, and those of us who work down town were treated to a lunch time concert.

Amy loved this. Particularly when I told her they were little boys and girls.
It took me a while to find out that FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. I couldn\’t rest until I knew.
An orchestra of future farmers. America is weird.

Hehe, yeah Heath it’s gonna be in my head for a while too.
And LOL yes, Rupert, America is weird … but there are in fact much better examples of that.
I’m glad Amy liked it! 
The FFA (Future Farmers of America) kinda took over Indy for a week for their convention … there were SO MANY of them (they all wear the same jacket so you could see scores of them just about anywhere you went downtown). They came from all over the country, and this band has members from all over the USA who came together for just this week while they were all here.
I don’t really know what the FFA does … but I guess we should all be glad there are lots of future farmers ready to keep us fed.
It was an entertaining break during lunch.
